The product allows for remote execution of analysis. The central administration point, ServiceScanner couples user groups to service tests. ServiceRouter ServiceRouter enables access to the services provider's customer and infrastructure data sources. The product supports a range of interfaces via a plug-in mechanism. ServiceRouter also performs authentication and authorization. ServiceViewer ServiceViewer is the user interface for help desks. The product presents information and analysis relevant to the customer on call. It is a flexible web interface that Edge customizes for the company's help desk. ServiceOnSite ServiceOnSite is self-test and support software that provides internet connectivity. Customers download this software onto their PCs in order to fix connection problems independently of the help desk. If additional assistance is required, ServiceOnSite provides the required information. Customer ServiceOnSite also communicates with ServiceScanner, creating the full end-to-end view.
